Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for CfxKit paid plans. It applies to the Plus, Pro, and Max subscriptions operated by Boltise and billed through Stripe. The Free plan is always free and is not affected by this policy.

Cancelling

Refunds

Payments for CfxKit subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Because you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge, and a Free plan lets you try the product first, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused token allowances, or time you didn’t use the service. When you cancel, you keep paid access through the period you already paid for.

Exceptions

We’ll review refund requests case by case and may issue one at our discretion — for example, a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our side, or a charge you didn’t authorize. Where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you, that law takes precedence over this policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period to update your card before the plan pauses. After that, your account drops to the Free plan until billing is resolved. No paid features are charged while the account is on Free.

How to request a refund

Email support@cfxkit.com from your account email with the charge date and amount. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
